I have used this product for about a month now and can’t say I notice much difference. Not sure how much time you need to see some either. Will keep using it for a while longer and see if there are any changes. Its easy to use and not much time needed for use.

You have to be faithful and make sure you use the right tension but this certainly works.

I guess it works if you have the patients for it. I used it very regular for about a month and could not see a difference. Made my TMJ worse so I quit using it.

I didn’t follow the instructions, rather I decided to add this to my regular workout routine. I use it when I walk my dog, or go for a ride on my bike. People sometimes give me funny looks when I’m using it on the treadmill at my local gym, but it turned out to be a great conversation starter too!

I don’t know if my gobbler has actually shrunken yet, but I’m not giving up!

The only problem is with the item itself. Price was good and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, it really hurts the back of my neck. I don’t feel anything in the under chin area so I don’t think it’s helping me much. I try it without the item and it still hurts my neck. I don’t think it’s a very good product. Perhaps better directions might be helpful.
