    I have been using the Mud Scrub bar now for two years. I know it works because I was in Jamica for a week and got some sun and thought I looked great. I took a shower when I got back and used the mud scrub and looked at my arm and there was so much dead skin. The bar is slightly rough against your skin but that is so it can rip away the dead skin. I only use once a week and always feel fresh afterwards. It does a stellar job wiping away dead skin and grime.

    The drawback is it does turn your shower water black, and if you drop the soap make sure you wipe away the mess before it leaves a stain. If you take a shower with a special someone avoid using this soap as when it washes off your body it appears as if you were very dirty.

    Most deep facial cleansers I tried that leave that squeaky clean [literally] feeling will make my face look like a pepperoni pizza after extended use. This cleanser doesnt do that. And, although my face is seemingly stripped of every bit of oil after use, it doesnt dry out my face.

    Anyway, highly recommend it its good stuff!
