I bought this for my daughter with the recommendation from our dermatologist when she complained of those little bumps on the back of her arms. She had a noticable problem with keratosis. She put this lotion on after her bath each evening and within 3 days there was a noticable difference in the reddness and feel to the bumps. If she uses it reguarly, they fade but don’t totally go away. They do return in full force if she stops use. All in all, it’s the best thing I have found to help….and without a prescription.

I wanted to like this product but it just didn’t do it for me. I have been happy with glycolic products for my face, but this did nothing for my hands or legs other than making them drier.
