    First off, it took a LOT of soap to get even a decent lather with this thing. I felt that I got better lather just using my hands over the loofah. Second, I noticed after 2 a few days of use some areas of my body were very red and felt a little raw. I don’t have very sensitive skin so I was surprised to see it.

    Can you say ouch? Feels like cement on your skin. Tried to soften them different ways nothing worked.. gave to my husband to scrub the truck tires with. Not kidding.

    The product is fine, but if you are interested in being ‘green’ this is not the product for you. Each sponge came with its own wrapping, in fact each one came with 3 layers of plastic wrap, and bubble packing. I thought a sponge, was by its own nature, resistent to damage from sudden impact? But never-the-less, each sponge had way too much plastic attached to it. It just seemed unnecessary. Unless the sender can guarantee no more wasted packaging, I would not order from this vendor again.

    It is not like foam. Its very hard on the skin. I don’t find myself using it.
