    I ran out of my usual shaving cream and decided, in a rush, to use this for shaving my face. It worked better than my regular shaving cream!! And my skin was left super smooth. Body Wash + Shaving lotion = AWESOME!

    This specific formula of Aveeno soap was recommended my son’s pediatrician for eczema. He does not mind using it as it has no heavy perfume smell. The consistency is a little strange though, sort of gooey and quite viscous, making it very slow to pour into the pump we use to dispense it. I actually have to upend it over the pump and leave it for an hour to drain. If I do not do this he will leave a lot in the bottle thinking it is empty because it does not squirt out easily. It does help his skin, although it is not a miracle worker I do notice the difference which is why I keep paying the higher price for this soap rather than for generic soap.

    All I use anymore is the Aveeno brand and buying here at Amazon is far cheaper than in the store.

    I like this product. It is creamy and it leaves my skin feeling softer and better hydrated. As other reviewers have mentioned, you don’t even need to use that much lotion anymore! It really does what it says, it not only cleanses, it also moisturizes your skin.

    My only complaint is that, even though it is soap free, it is so creamy that it leaves your bathtub very slippery and full of residue. I have to clean the tub every other day and be extra careful not to slip.

    Update: Apparently, it also clogs the tub’s drain.

    This stuff is awesome. It hydrates your skin while you’re showering, which is very manly. Putting lotion on, is not manly.
