    This is wonderful for oily skin types. Also, I have heard complaints about mineral veil, but the trick is to use sparingly. Again, great stuff!

    For years, I have used a loose powder to combat oily skin. As the years have ticked by however, my skin has gotten drier (Michigan winters are brutal). A dermatologist told me that in order to compensate for the dryness, skin will produce more oil (typically in t zone area). My skin has been a disaster for the last 2 winters. And then, I tried a sample of Bare Escentuals mineral veil…Wow. A powder that actually seems to hydrate my skin & really deal with the oil. I need to reapply this product although not for about 6 hours after the 1st application. I am so pleased with mineral veil that I can not imagine using anything else.
