    Doesn’t work and I tried with two separate purchases two separate times for a lip cold sore. Save your money. what worked for me was

    cat’s claw {5000mg} three times a day for 5 days then taper off during outbreak and 1000mg of L-lysine AND Zovirax topical applications.

    Lots of water to keep your blood stream alkaline.
