We have been switching our shampoos and bath products to those without sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate. Based on other Canus products, I assumed this one wouldn’t have those ingredients. Side by side, this bubble bath has identical ingredients, save the goat’s milk, which is near the bottom of the list, as the generic bottle from the grocery store I’d been trying to replace. It has both sodium lauryl and sodium laureth sulfate. It has salt and cocamide DEA. It has several unpronounceable ingredients. While the research on some of these is controversial, there’s enough research out there to send me looking for natural products for my family. Why take the risk when there are lots of truly natural products that do a great job?

That said, if you aren’t concerned with finding a “natural” bubble bath, it’s certainly fine standard bubble bath. Nice and foamy, though I found the bubbles weren’t very long-lasting. The scent is nice and light, although I prefer the vegetable-oil-based bar soap scent from the Canus line.

I came across Canus Goat’s Milk by pure accident last year, and since then have switched from L’Occitane products to this. I have really sensitive skin, and most bubble bath makes my skin itch or dry. This milk bath produces rich layer of bubble that last a long time, and after rinsing off, leaves skin smooth and well moisturized. The scent is a big plus for me too, but that’s my personal preference.

Also, I want to comment that Amazon or the original manufacturer did a superb job with the shipping and packaging. The way they did it was like this: inside the shipping box, a tightly sealed plastic sheet wrapped around the two bottles, and within this sheet, the bottles were individually wrapped with another plastic sheet completed with the top taped securely to prevent the pump from accidentally getting loose during shipping.

Overall, this is a great deal and I highly recommend this product.

I chose this foaming bath based on some of the reviews here. I’m glad I did because it is awesome!!!!

The smell is gentle and would suit anyone (children, men & women). The foam holds out longer than most. Also, compared to the L’Occitane Milk Shea Butter Extra Gentle Wash (which seems the most similar to me) it is a veritable bargain.

After washing in a bath with this, I really don’t need skin lotion and my thin/fine/straight hair has a really nice sheen without being greasy.

We have an older dog with very sensitive skin. With most washes he develops rashes/hives. However, this really seems to do the trick for him too.

The bubbles last a long time and it makes my skin silky smooth…so much better than the soap based bubbles! I find a bath with this product exceptionally relaxing.
