I’ve noticed that designer endorsed fragrances are merely recycling already existing but no longer popular formulas like Bowling Green and many musky odors but for me the cleverest and the deservedly successful fragrances remain Chanel’s No. 5 and No. 19. I prefer the latter but I encourage women who are interested in perfume to give these scents a try. They smell differently on each person and they can be found at the drugstore so replenishing one’s stock is not a problem. There’s a big difference between scents created by a master perfumer and something that sells because of heavy advertising (Obsession smells like toxic waste.) I am going to get my daughter both Chanel scents even though I hope she doesn’t want to wear scent to establish her standard of acceptable quality with regard to perfume. Most people aren’t compelled to buy this perfume because of the Chanel name. Those days are over. But these are great scents and should be recognized. I hate Karl Lagerfeld so I hope he doesn’t get a percentage of sales.

This is an ok cologne. It is not bad at all, I quite like the scent. It is almost identical in scent to Ralph Lauren on my body chemistry. However, it’s not worth the price in my opinion. You are just paying for the name.

The seller did not give me in the original container that has the name engraved on the glass. Instead the name was written on a transparent sticker and was stuck at the bottom of the glass where the name should be engraved. It was diluted. Important thing be careful from whom you are purchasing.

Since I was told that Marilyn Monroe used this perfume, I started to use it.

When I learned that my favorite author Linda Wise (from God’s Medicine…)is using it I kept on using it and using it can’t even think of changing! If you are looking for a new scent for yourself, You will surely enjoy it and grab attention!
