    Ordered two bottles of CHI; was sent two bottles of a different (but similar) product. The shipper was most apologetic and immediately sent me the correct product and a return mail certificate to send back the other product. I would use the same shipper again and feel confident this was a one-off mistake.

    Like other users have commented, this heat protecter has a “men’s cologne smell” to it; I however found that it wasn’t overpowering and it diminished after a while, leaving your hair with a light, clean smell. Overall it did what it said. It left my hair silky, soft and shiny, and protected form my InStyler. Use a little bit though because it can get greasy.

    I’m a young, afro-american women in my twenties… I have nice, wavy long hair and am very hesitant in introducing new products to my hair. I sometimes use Garnier Fructis and Cholesterol hot oil treatment. Before purchasing this product, I read many reviews about how great it was and how satisfied customers were with the results. I don’t believe it’s ‘bad’ but I don’t know… not too thrilled. My hair feels and look great when I first get my hair done and use it, but right after, it feels weighed done and heavy and the split ends seems to be a lot more now than before. I might stop using it, may not be right for me.

    A little dab definitely goes a long way. I put it on while my hair is still wet then blow dry it. Leaves hair soft, shiney and not at all greasy looking. Love, love, love it!!!!!

    I keep a short haircut which needs to be styled with heat every day. This has caused a lot of damage and extreme dryness. After my first application of Chi my hair became soft and manageable and beautiful! I never knew that my hair could look this good. I am a huge Chi fan but hated waiting for the product to be delivered to me and paying shipping fees on top of that. Walgreens sometimes sells Chi products but you have to catch them on a good day, and even then only one or two products are in stock. This morning I visited Walmart and the WHOLE CHI LINE is available there! And it is a bit less expensive than Amazon. Ladies RUN dont walk to your nearest Walmart. Chi is totally worth it!
