Medical-quality exfoliation requires more than scrubbing. Dry skin, flaky patches and chicken skin bumps are held together by bonds that physical exfoliation alone can’t break. KP Duty Body Scrub delivers serious medi-exfoliation for deeper, more thorough results. This dual action chemical + physical exfoliator blends the best of a chemical peel and microdermabrasion into a single, easy to use treatment.
Dermatologist-recommended chemical exfoliants dissolve the glue that cements epidermal cells together. Smooth, non-abrasive synthetic beads lift away dead skin cells. Skin is resurfaced and retexturized; soft, smooth, and radiant. Enhanced exfoliation also helps prepare skin for self tanning and post-bathing treatments (including body acne, keratosis pilaris, shaving bumps, ingrown hairs and bleaching).
KP Duty Body Scrub is infused with green tea and willow bark – the ideal antidote to irritation and redness typically associated with routine in-office exfoliation.
Ideal for most skin types. Not recommended for ultra sensitive skin.
This exclusive, medically formulated and tested line of gentle and effective skin care solutions is developed by leading dermatologist, Audrey Kunin, M.D.
Just what the skin doctor ordered.®

I have some serious bumpy issues on the backs of my arm, with hundreds of little red dots. It’s gross. I’ve tried scrubbing my arms out with all sorts of loofas, exfoliator pads/mitts, etc, tried other scrubs (w/out AHA), but to no avail. I even tried foot files on the backs of my arms! This did a great job. I used it 3-4x a week in the shower and the bumps and red dots are about 98% gone, and they stay gone. My arms look just about “normal”, which is a huge relief. I am happy.

I initially bought my first jar of this with the cream that is supposed to go with it. I ran out of that much faster than I went through this and have been using Gold Bond cream instead (cheaper, from the supermarket) and that seems to work fine. I would skip the lotion and stick with this scrub. It’s awesome. I’ve gone through this whole 16oz jar and am about to order my second one. Yes, it is expensive, but I can’t find any AHA scrub that is cheaper and it works. Most AHA scrubs are for faces or come in smaller containers.

I recently bought the KP Duty scrub to help with my KP. I am getting married so exposing my arms in a sleeveless wedding dress scares the crap out of me! Well, I read a lot of information on KP and there really is no cure for it, only items to make it less noticable. KP duty did not do a thing for my KP! Granted, it did make my hands extremely soft, that was a plus…but not a noticeable difference to my KP. It is basically just a sugar scrub. It is not worth the [...] that I paid. You can get a sugar scrub for WAY less in price. Or you can get the same “results” just using a exfoliating scrub like St. Ives Apricot or Clean & Clear. Save yourself the money people, I wish I had!

I did also buy a Glycolic Acid 35% and the Amalactin XL cream, and these items seem to have made a smaller difference…

For years I have suffered uneven skin tone on my chest–blotchy and bumpy. I went to my dermatologist who has actually been featured in national beauty magazines. She prescribed a sulfur wash. You can imagine how great that smelled. And it didn’t work. I got chemical peels which helped some, but were expensive and the after-peel care was something of a pain. I decided to give this stuff a try. I could see a difference after the first use. I don’t know if it’s a miracle cure. I just know that for the first time in fifteen years, my skin is more even. It never occurred to me that my problem might be, at least in part, dry skin. I had been attacking with astringents, probably making it worse. KP Duty is defintely worth a try.

This product is fabulous. It makes even the most sensitive skin silky smooth and soft. If my skin can tolerate it, I believe anyone can use it. It’s a life saver.

wow! i have never addressed my KP, just lived with it and didn’t know what it was until recently!I didn’t notice it a lot since it is on the backs of my arms and my shirts usually cover it but the bumpiness did bother me and I have done my best to exfoliate (scrubbing) regularly (because as I said I didnt know what it was) but it did not do anything so i finally broke down and tried this and I can say WOW. this is working and making a difference. it says to use once or twice a week but i use it almost every night on dry skin with no adverse reaction, just helps to better get and keep it under control. it may seem a bit pricey but it is a BIG jar-you can’t really tell from the picture but it is large so it should last a long time and i just need small amount for each arm.
