1. I placed my order over 3 months ago for the natural/dark eye shadows and still have not received them…I am starting to regret going through this seller because all I have gotten was spam e-mail that has not directed me anywhere that I could fix the problem…The least they could do is email me so I can let them know if I want to wait another year for the items to come in??? I ask that you simply just email me so that I can figure out a plan…as of right now I do not want to wait any longer for the item to come in…so if it is possible to refund the order or maybe give me a gift card…that would be great!! Thanks a bunch, and be looking forward to your email very soon!!

2. im not a professional make up artist but i do like to have a good source of make up that will look great on camera. this palette is simply wonderful because the colors are so pigmented and talk about the variety of colors! it’s alot smaller than i expected but so far im not even half way done testing every color out. my palette along with my other purchase of shany’s 25 brush set arrived together in one box earlier than the estimated date which is great! my palette was so nicely packaged that i thought there would be nothing wrong with it but like most of the other customers who have purchased this palette, some of the colors were broken upon their arrival. in my case, 3 of my colors were broken by the time i opened up the palette. ***so sad =’(**** other than that everything was perfectly fine. this is the only reason why im giving this product 4 out of 5 stars. the only thing i feel this palette lagged was it’s neutral colors, but i know i can purchase another palette with just neutral colors. even though there are 120 colors to choose from, there are some colors in which i wished they had, or at least in a different shade other than the one provided. overall this palette is great for it’s price and especially for beginners!

3. I’m a pro makeup artist and I use a lot of different brands including MAC, Makeup For Ever, Urban Decay, NARS, etc etc etc and I love this palette so much. The colors really are that brilliant as long as you use an EYESHADOW PRIMER (as with all brands!). Don’t forget that part if you want the super bright color – it’ll also last much longer and won’t crease. Great product, have already recommended to friends in the industry.

4. I can not tell you how skeptical I was in ordering this palette. Because of some delays I even time to contemplate sending it back the minute it arrived or cancelling my order, but when it came my thoughts completely changed. This pallette is WONDERFUL. I tend to only buy makeup from well known brands so it was hard to order something I didn’t know a lot about but I’m so pleased I did. The colors are HIGHLY pigmented and extremely good quality. I love the mix of finishes from matte to shimmer to satin and there is every color imaginable including many dupe’s for brands like urban decay and MAC. There aren’t many neutral colors in the palette but this is no problem for me as it allows for harder to find colors. I’m thoroughly happy with this order the only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars from me is that 3 of the colors came completely broken, but honestly I didn’t mind much as there are already SO many other ones.

5. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!! This isnt a seller review so I wont say too much about the packaging and all of that (it arrived in perfect condition), but when I opened the case to a beautiful array of pots….I was immediately overwhelmed. I had been searching for the perfect palette for months !! I knew I didnt wanna spend more than $25, with shipping included but I also wanted a good product. I have found it in shany and I am DEFINITELY going to purchase more of their products. They’re amazingly pigmented ( a little goes a LONG way), and the case was nice too. I esp love the film that came over it to protect them. I’m so pleased. I had never heard of shany before purchasing this , so I was a little worried with what the product would look like. Much to my surprise, it was everything I wanted in a palette. My little sister purchased a bh cosmetics palette, and I swear they’re of the same quality. The both of them are comparable to mac, coastal scents, urban decay and all of those. I could go on and on lol

   please buy this!! If you’re having reservations about it, dont!!

   FOR BROKEN COLORS !!!

   If they arrive broken it’s because of the way it was handled while it was being shipped, not because of anything the seller did. All you need to do (to fix a broken pot) is to take a dime and wrap it in either a paper towel, old shirt, or a piece of plastic ( like from a sandwich bag that was cut open– to make it a single piece of plastic). Take alcohol (the higher the percentage, the faster it will dry) and place a couple drops of it into the pot (about 4 if its small and 6 if its larger). You just wanna make sure its completely damp.

   To wrap the coin in the tissue ( or bag… the tshirt works the best). YOu wanna sinch the access tissue around and grab it. So, place the coin in the middle of the tissue, grab the sides and twist it so all thats showing is the wrapped coin with the rest of the tissue held tightly in your hand.

   PRESS it as hard as you can in the broken eyeshadow pot and it should look as good as new!! Let it dry for a couple of mins and it’s ready to use.
